Instructions
- Combine dashi, mirin, sake, soy sauce, sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Add sliced onions to cold pan. Add half of liquid mixture to cover. Add sliced chicken on top of onion. Boil on medium.
- Drop to medium-low and cover for 5 minutes.5mDrop to medium-low and cover for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle beaten egg over area. Cover again until nearly set.
- Serve on top of rice.
- Add green onions for decoration.
