Eggy in a Basket

Instructions

• Butter bread. Cut round hole in bread slice (top of jar is easiest).
• Heat flat skillet on medium-low. Fry bread slice. Break open egg and add to center of hole. Salt + pepper to taste.
• Cook until white starts to be cooked along edge. Flip. Brown.
