- Chop cranberries & pecans. Melt butter.
- Combine juice, egg, and butter in a small mixing bowl, mixing well; set aside.
- Combine dry ingredients. Make a well. Pour in orange juice. Stir until moistened. Gently fold in cranberries and pecans.
- Spoon batter into lined muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Remove from pans, and serve warm.20mBake at 350F for 20 minutes.
