- Pound chicken down to .25". Salt + pepper (to taste).
- Roll w/ slice of ham and cheese. Skewer w/ toothpick.
- Mix butter and garlic. Mix breadcrumbs and thyme separately. Dredge first in butter, then breadcrumb.

- Add milk & wine slowly while stirring until smooth mixture. Add mustard, bouillon, Worcestershire. Boil. Reduce to simmer for 1 minute.1mReduce to simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients to taste.
- Top chicken with sauce.
