  • Pound chicken down to .25". Salt + pepper (to taste).
  • Roll w/ slice of ham and cheese. Skewer w/ toothpick.
  • Mix butter and garlic. Mix breadcrumbs and thyme separately. Dredge first in butter, then breadcrumb.
  • Bake for 35-40min in 350F oven until chicken cooked through.

  • While baking, heat melted butter and flour in saucepan for 1 min.

  • Add milk & wine slowly while stirring until smooth mixture. Add mustard, bouillon, Worcestershire. Boil. Reduce to simmer for 1 minute.
